Organizers

ASEB is an NGO which aims to organize conferences, seminars and summer schools for senior students and young professionals with high potential to become the leaders of tomorrow. ASEB also aims to support graduates in their early career steps by facilitating internship programs to companies in the banking industry and business consulting.
The most important project is organized by ASEB  is Business Summer School, organized in partnership with the Lucian Blaga University in Sibiu, a summer program dedicated to emerging markets. The uniqueness of BSS in Romania is given by the teaching methodology used  - case study based -  using relevant case studies published by Harvard Business Review and partner companies. Every year 40 students are immersed in a two-weeks training that will challenge their assumptions, disrupt their ordinary ways of seeing business, and introduce them to new and unexpected ways of thinking. They discuss current economic issues with professors from renowned universities like Harvard, MIT, Columbia or LSE and top managers of Romanian and foreign companies.
Besides this event ASEB has organized competitions on various topics in economics and business administration, in partnership with other NGOs and private companies.
